They will generally need you to provide appropriate medical documentation and will grant acceptance into the program if your child qualifies based on the guidelines set forth in IDEA. Special educational needs are then provided on a recurring basis to the child.

These children introduce additional complexities to the learning process and often require special education to ensure that they stay on track with their development. A failure to stimulate these students can result in a lack of development that results in an emotional and social retardation.
